We were always helping people outside of work, whether it was the person at the deli making our sandwiches or that individual who became a doctor. We love what we do and are now ready to make a global impact!

Meet Juan & Hector
Juan Vazqez, CEO
20 years of direct experience assisting thousands of clients with securing internships and employment in sectors of higher education, non-profit/community-based organizations, vocational/educational training, and corporate. Organized and implemented two adult employment training programs as well as three internship programs with on-site and off-site components.
Provide career counseling, coaching, interview preparation and job search services. Identify values, develop possible career paths, and strategies for entering a career.
Conduct internship/job search and resume writing assistance, soft skills vs. hard skills analysis, and instruction on completion of career portfolios. Successful employment placement rate. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficient with Microsoft office programs, assessment tools, and use of career management and database programs.
Hector Bravo, COO
A bilingual counseling professional with over 5 years of proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experienced working with diverse students and families in the areas of college, careers, and school counseling. Proficient in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, employers, and recruiters. Successful in securing a variety of internship and job placements in the candidates’ field of study. Qualified to work with clients at various stages of their career to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Conducted and managed large-scale events, workshops, and presentations that helped foster career development. Passionate to educate and work with clients on resumes, cover letters, interview skills, and career exploration. A strong ability in creating industry related curriculums that prepare both adults and students to their career of interest. Aid clients in completing and analyzing various career assessments that connect their skills and interests to careers.
